DMCA Policy

Téhéran Berlin 1945 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our Designated Copyright Agent.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Téhéran Berlin 1945 website or through its services, please send a written DMCA Notice of Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material: Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our site. This should include the specific URL(s) where the material is located.

  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on Téhéran Berlin 1945 was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., specific URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
